Property Description:
The house has four bedrooms, two very spacious living areas under a large airy vaulted ceiling, a dining room and a fully-fitted and fully-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area.
The ground-floor master suite has a king-size bed, with a large walk-in dressing/storage room and a substantial en-suite bathroom, featuring a large double shower enclosure, jacuzzi bath and a vanity unit with twin wash hand basins. From this room there is a lovely view of the lake, with sliding patio doors accessing the deck and pool.
On the first floor there are three further double bedrooms. All are fitted with large walk-in cupboards, and are fitted for cable TV. The two twin rooms have combination TV/DVD units. The fourth bedroom features a queen-size bed. A spacious bathroom completes the first floor layout.
The house is fully carpeted, with tiled areas in the kitchen and dining area.
