This 7 bedroom home is just minutes from Disney and the heart of Kissimmee, yet situated in a quiet, gated comminity, with 24 hour security and areas of conservation.

Going through the home, the spacious kitchen, with table, breakfast bar style, with further seating for 8, is open to the family room with wide screen TV (large 57" HDTV) and two more sofas. The home is equipped with cable tv, telephone with available unlimited long distance phone calls
The kitchen has a full side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, full stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, all needed utensils, silverware, and dishes. From the kitchen are sliding doors to the pool area, which is made secure by mesh fencing. Under the covered area, there is a stand alone hot tub.
The master bedroom can be found off the family room and has king size bed, with TV and windows overlooking the pool and hot tub. Upstairs there is a second master bedroom with a king size bed, again with TV.
There are three further bedrooms with either king, queen or double bed, while the other two rooms have been furnished with bunk beds. In one of the rooms there are two sets of bunk beds, where 4 children could sleep in the same room. A games room has been provided with a pool table, table tennis, air hockey and fooseball table.
Amenities also include high chairs, pack and plays, stairgate, and stroller for the little ones. Just sit back and relax on a comfy sofa and watch the large screen hdtv or just cool off in the sun in you own backyard pool and enjoy the southern exposure and a nice sunset.
Located within the Terra Verde Gated community with security and amenities but it close enough to the hustle and bustle of the shops, restaurants, and activities around the 192 area, minutes from Walt Disney World, yet it is a perfectly secluded retreat to get away from it all!
