This property is only a short drive to Manasota beach and also to shops and restaurants.

The living room is beautifully decorated with leather sofas, and flat screen TV. Open plan dining area with table and seating for 6. The kitchen is galley style and off the living room. Fully equipped with all modern kitchen appliances.Glass sliding doors onto pool and patio area. The master bedroom has queen size bed and its own bathroom. Then there is a second bedroom with full size bed and then third bedroom with twin beds. These bedrooms share a second bathroom.

The pool area is screened and also has separate spa. It can be electrically heated in winter. Lovely views of the rear garden and lake from the patio area. A very nice home close to all the Venice area has to offer.

The area around Venice is rightly famous for its beaches. Beautiful white sand, clear turquoise waters and beautiful natural vegetation all combine to make this one of the most outstanding parts of coastland in the US. The historic and picturesque town of Venice, and the pleasant seaside community of Englewood, are ideal for those looking for a beach holiday in a lovely area combining a good range of attractions and entertainment with a laid-back atmosphere not found in some of the bigger cities. Port Charlotte, just a bit further down the coast, has many great beaches and a pleasant relaxed atmosphere.
