Property Description:

This lovely property has a modern kitchen-diner which comes with an electric oven, hob and microwave. All the kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery are included. A spacious American fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and a dishwasher. To the left of the fridge a door takes you into the laundry, large washer and separate drier located there. This then leads into the lounge area. The lounge is located at the rear of the villa. It has a 32" television and seating for 10. It overlooks the pool through the patio doors. It has a ceiling fan. DVD player, DVD library, books, CD player, CDs and games for the guests to use. The largest sofa converts into a double bed.  

The owners have now fitted Wi-fi (please bring your own notebook computer) and digital TV for guests enhanced enjoyment.

The Dining table seats 6 plus 3 at the breakfast bar, a highchair is also provided. The large master bedroom is located at the front of the house. It has a queen sized bed with bedside tables, radio alarm clock, cot and pushchair. Also a ceiling fan and TV. To the left is the ensuite bathroom. This includes a bath/shower, hair straighteners and hair dryer. Towels and bedding are included except for the cot (please bring your own if you intend using this facility). 

At the rear of the villa is the second master bedroom. It holds a king sized bed with bedside tables and radio alarm clock. Also a ceiling fan. TV and DVD player. To the right of this bedroom is the en-suite bathroom which includes a bath/shower,  hair dryer and curling tongs. Towels and bedding are included. There is a third bedroom at the front of the villa. It has two single beds with a bedside table and radio alarm clock. Also a celing fan,TV and DVD Player.  There is a large bathroom between this bedroom and bedroom 4. Towels and bedding are also included along with a hair dryer guests can use.

Also at the rear of the villa is a further bedroom equipped with two single beds a chest of drawers, radio alarm clock and a bedside table. Also a ceiling fan, TV and DVD Player. Towels and bedding are all included.

The south facing swimming pool is reached either through the patio doors from the lounge area or the master bedroom 2, leads onto the lanai which has patio chairs & loungers which look out onto the swimming pool.  Also a ceiling fan, light and Barbeque. The swimming pool has a child safety fence (removable) and is surrounded by a fly screen. It looks out into a forest. The pool size is 25ft by 13ft.

Along with the child safety fence around the pool the owners also provide a cot/crib, high chair and 2 strollers/pushchairs free for guests to use for the little ones.

A well equipped air conditioned games room completes your holiday home, and is new for the 2008/9 season. It contains an electronic dartboard, pool table, table tennis and air hockey. There are also tennis raquets and tennis balls to keep you entertained. There are courts on the adjoining estate which are free for guests to use.

The Formosa complex is only 2 minutes drive from the famous 192, with all the shops and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that Kissimmee has to offer.

The Formosa area is one of the most exclusive vacation sub divisions in central Florida. The locality of this properties is second to none and after just a short drive (a matter of minutes!) you can be within the World Famous Disney Resort Complex.
