Enter the pillared foyer of this beautiful home and come into the formal living room that looks out over the pool through sliding glass doors.
There are comfortable sofas which of which is a sleeper for an extra guest. To the left of the entrance is the master suite with queen bed, all in blue with a very pretty private seating area next to the private entrance to the pool.
This room features an en-suite bathroom, also in stunning blue, with walk in shower, deep tub and double vanity. This room also has a large walk in closet. To the right of the entrance is the formal dining room.
As you flow into the large, spacious kitchen you will see that it is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and also has an informal dining area that looks out onto the pool area.
The living room is attractive and comfortable with sofas and large TV and VCR. To the rear of the living room there is a second master suite with queen size bed and large walk in shower room. Also access to the pool area.
Off to the right of the living room are the other 2 guest rooms, both with twins. They share a full bathroom. There is also a Laundry room with washer and dryer.
The pool area is lovely with lots of lush foliage around it and plenty of seating for sunning or eating outdoors and the pool also has a BBQ grill. A beautiful vacation home.
Manasota Key is an enchanting barrier island off the coast of Englewood where there are no high-rises, no traffic lights, just a two-lane road and pristine Beaches. There are low-rise multi-family condos and apartments on the south end of the island. The north end has private homes on one-acre lots, tucked behind lush tropical foliage. Resort Accommodations are numerous and several quality Restaurants are nearby and as close as neighbouring Venice.
