Property Description:
Upon entering this pretty home you are first struck with the gorgeous view of the pool on the lake through one of the many sliding glass doors in the home.
There is a pretty seating area overlooking this view. To the left of the entrance is the formal dining area and to the right is the master suite.
You will know you are in Florida in this room done in a palm theme. Features a private seating area with private entrance to the pool area, king bed, walk in closet and large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and deep tub.
The Kitchen is spacious and full of all the modern conveniences and there is a laundry room next to that with washer and dryer. Enjoy breakfast at the little breakfast nook that looks out onto the pool and lake.
The living room is all in blue, comfortable furniture. There is a large TV and DVD player. There are 2 guest bedrooms off the living room very tastefully decorated, both with twin beds, one in pale yellow and one in pretty blue. They share a bathroom with tub and shower.
Behind the living room is the second master suite with full bed and private bathroom as well as a private entrance to the pool area.
The pool area is very pretty with a fountain, lots of seating and table and chairs for out door dining. A very comfortable home away from home.
Port Charlotte is a charming town located directly on Charlotte Harbor. This area offers everything from beaches to shopping malls to theatres to fine restaurants.
At 5 to 25 feet above sea level, Charlotte Harbor & the Gulf Islands enjoys a climate characterized as sub-tropic where extremes of temperature in both summer and winter are checked by the tempering influence of the Gulf of Mexico. Prevailing winds are an easterly average of 12 to 18 mph. The mild winter season lasts from January to March.
Numerous upland and aquatic preserve areas are yours to explore. Charlotte Harbor includes one of the world’s largest protected marine estuaries encompassing 270 square miles with 219 miles of natural shoreline. Its confluence of the Peace and Myakka rivers comprises some of the most vibrant coastal areas in the state and a unique network of barrier islands and mangrove forests.
In addition to the preserves, natural amenities include miles of beaches; more than 70 parks and preserves; and fishing, paddling and sailing. For athletes and sports fans, the area is home to 16 golf courses and numerous annual sporting events and recreational facilities. Cultural pursuits take the forms of visual arts, theater, dance and music, perfect complements to the area’s spas, dining and nightlife.
