Property Description:
This home is loaded with extras. A very spacious home.
As you enter the double doored pillared entryway you come into the open plan, contemporary decorated home. The living room, all in leather. To the right of the entry is the formal dining room.
There is crystal lighting everywhere. To the left of the entrance is the large master suite done in light wood and black and white decorations. The large en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower, deep tub and double vanity with 2 walk in closets. There is a private seating area with leather chair next to the private entrance to the pool. As you move back into the living room you come to the open plan kitchen with island cooking station and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences.
Across from the kitchen is the den with wooden floor and leather sleeper sofa and chair. This can be used as an extra seating room or extra bedroom. Down the hall is the large laundry room with washer and dryer and entrances to the two garages.
On the other side of the kitchen is another dining area that looks out to the pool area and entrance to hall with other three bedrooms. There are two guest rooms both with twin beds and light wood furniture as well as large closets and these share a full bathroom with tab and shower. Then there is the smaller master suite with queen size bed, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and private entrance to the pool.
The pool is stunning. Very large, features a jacuzzi and kiddie pool. Has lots of pool toys and seating and 2 tables with chairs for outdoor dining. A very spacious, comfortable home that has it all.
Manasota Key is an enchanting barrier island off the coast of Englewood where there are no high-rises, no traffic lights, just a two-lane road and pristine Beaches. There are low-rise multi-family condos and apartments on the south end of the island. The north end has private homes on one-acre lots, tucked behind lush tropical foliage. Resort Accommodations are numerous and several quality Restaurants are nearby and as close as neighbouring Venice.
