An Executive Villa set in the heart of the Sunshine State, only ten minutes from Disney World and only a short drive from the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches.
This luxuriously furnished 4 bedroom villa, is fully air conditioned and has a large screened swimming pool with Jacuzzi/Spa which overlooks an idyllic small lake. The villa sleeps 8-10 people and is nestled in the prestigious and private community of Bridgewater Crossing.
The community has a 50 acre lake with nature trail, fishing, floodlit tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. There is a childrens play area, a large communal swimming pool and a picnic area with BBQ facilities, all of which are exclusively available to residents.
The villa has an extensive screened deck area, large pool with underwater lighting, a Jacuzzi / spa with electric heating for winter pleasure and even a covered area for those really hot days. There are sun loungers and a table with chairs supplied in the pool area. The pool deck faces South West, so the perfect place to enjoy all day sunshine and even catch the beautiful Florida sunsets.
Inside, the quality fitted kitchen contains a large oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. The utility room contains a washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Linen and towels are provided for your use within the villa. Everything you would expect from a luxury American home.
In the villa there is also a telephone that you may use at any time. Local calls are free but you will need to obtain a phone card for any other calls. The lounge contains a TV with DVD/VCR with a selection of tapes and DVD’s and a music system for your enjoyment.
The villa has 4 bedrooms. 1 Master, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The Master Suite has a king-size four-poster, a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower stall. It also has sliding patio doors onto the pool deck. All of the other bedrooms have adequate closet space. There is even a large sofa-bed for those extra guests.
