Property Description:
Enter the pillared foyer, after viewing the gorgeous landscaped entrance, to view the formal living room overlooking the pool. This beautiful room has 2 white love seats and dark wood furniture with an Asian rug, quite nice. To the right of the entrance is the formal dining room with an all glass table. To the left of the entrance is the master suite with a king bed, writing desk, sitting area and TV. There is a walk in closet and large en-suite bathroom done beautifully in a fish theme.

The kitchen is large and spacious, fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and has a pass through window to the pool area. There is a dining area and writing desk as well, just off the kitchen. The living room is striking with its large bookcase and colourful tropical theme. There is a large TV w/ DVD player. It features a green leather sectional couch and has a lot of little touches to make you feel at home. One of the guest rooms has a full bed with lots of closet space and fax machine. The other guest room has a full bed with sofa and writing desk and tiffany lamp.

The pool (complete with spa) area has a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. This is a beautiful vacation home you will not want to leave.

Manasota Key is an enchanting barrier island off the coast of Englewood where there are no high-rises, no traffic lights, just a two-lane road and pristine Beaches. There are low-rise multi-family condos and apartments on the south end of the island. The north end has private homes on one-acre lots, tucked behind lush tropical foliage. Resort Accommodations are numerous and several quality Restaurants are nearby and as close as neighbouring Venice.
